      From our client's involvement in the design and building of on-line communities, to activity in the community itself, participation is the key.

      There is more to a vibrant community than technology. We strive to avoid the "if we build it, they will come" strategy and advise our clients to seek out existing communities where they can participate and add value before building yet another social media site.
