A Hummer wagon for a dog?

I caught this in the rain the other day. A couple had pulled their dog in a little hummer like cart or wagon, complete with flashing tail-light (no pun intended).Ok, so it's like Ojai, California. You know? What can I say?Click the pic to view the vid.
